What is freestyle?
Freestyle is a parkour, tricking and flipping session.
There are qualified coaches in the gym who will teach you how to flip and trick.
During our classes there is a structured warm up with some strength elements. Coached stations and areas where new skills can be practised.
When do we run freestyle?
Thursday 5.15 pm - 6.15 pm
Monday 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm
Thursday 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm
