Freestyle/Parkour Gymnastics
What is freestyle?
Freestyle is a parkour, tricking and flipping session. There are qualified coaches in the gym who will teach you how to flip and trick. During our classes there is a structured warm up with some strength elements. Coached stations and areas where new skills can be practised.
