Fitnastics - combination of fitness training and
gymnastics for beginners to experienced. Different classes for
different abilities. Classes held under the instruction of a qualified personal fitness
instructor and gymnastics' coach. Come on have some fun whilst training, getting
fit or helping you to lose weight.
Freestyle Gymnastics - this is a phrase that
British Gymnastics use to describe a less structured form of gymnastics that can
be equated to the more commonly known activity of free running or parkour.
These classes provide the opportunity for participants to come
and learn, practice and hone their skills in a safe, relaxed and friendly
environment. The general focus being on a broad range of gymnastic, acrobatic
and vaulting skills.
The session begins with a structured group warm up. Followed
by a non-structured period that concentrates on the freedom, individuality and
creativity with regards to the skills that each participant wants to learn and
perform. Participants are free to move between the various stations as they so
wish. Qualified coaches are always on hand to provide encouragement, advice and
support throughout the session. The session ends with a structured group cool
down.
