Fundamental Gymnastics:
Our fundamental Gymnastics class contains the fundamental core skills in gymnastics During these classes gymnasts will practice skills on the floor, vault, trampet, floor beams and a small bar. 

Foundation:
Our foundation Gymnastics class is one step up from our fundamentals class. These gymnasts will use all of our main equipment including, floor, vault, beams, bars and trampet.
When completing the Foundation classes, gymnasts then have two pathways to choose from: Junior and Pre-competition. 

Junior:
These classes are aimed at gymnasts who have gained all of the basic gymnastics. This class has no skill or age limit and your gymnast can continue to progress on all 5 pieces of equipment as well as low level competition opportunities.

Pre-competition:
This class is invite only. These gymnasts will be the start of our new competition team. In this class, they will start to learn to tumble and somersault as well as using both bars and high beams. These gymnasts have the opportunity of multiple competitions a year.

Intermediate & Advanced:
This class is invite only. This is for our most advanced gymnasts who can experience regional grades and higher level competitions.

Teen Gym:
This is our class aimed at gymnasts between 12 and 16 years old. There are no ability limits on who can join this class as this is aimed to focus on the gymnasts goals or GCSE P.E with a coach ready to assist. This class does not have to include all apparatus as we understand many gymnasts have preferences on what they do and do not want to learn. 

Adult Gymnastics:
Gymnastics for 16 Years +. This class will have a group warm up and then free roam of the gym to train what you would like to, or ask for help with learning something new.

Freestyle Gymnastics:
This class has two options, a structured class where our coaches will focus on flips and jumps on and over equipment, or an unstructured class where gymnasts will have a group warm up, then be able to train what they would like to. There is a coach ready to assist with any skills that may need support to help to achieve. Both of these classes are for 9 Years+ Please note, games such as tag, hide and seek, kick the can etc. will not be allowed during this class.
