Freestyle is a dynamic class incorporating parkour, strength and gymnastics where children will learn somersaults, tricks and have time to practice what they want to do.

What to wear?
Please wear clothing appropriate for physical activity with hair beyond chin length tied back. No watches, jewellery or hoods can be worn.

When are the classes?
8+ Years:
Monday: 7 pm - 8 pm
​Thursday: 6 pm - 7 pm | 7 - 8 pm

11+ Years:
Wednesday 8-9pm
